Prior to the seminar, the advisor and his team will complete an online Practice Checkup™ assessment that provides a thorough, statistical analysis of their practice. The advisor will be given feedback on eight business systems and how his or her results compare to the rest of the industry, along with an evaluation that provides a gauge future growth bases on four change indicators. After taking the assessment, each advisor is contacted by our Business Practice consultant for a half-hour overview of the results and to answer any questions in preparation for the seminar.
The actual seminar takes attendees through each of the assessment elements, describing the best practices in each area, and includes discussion and examples from the group's collective experience. Top scorers in each of the business systems and change indicators are recognized and the group's average scores are shared.
The full-day seminar includes two breakout sessions to address accountability and how to best utilize assistants. A workbook as well as follow-up consultation (up to two hours) post seminar is included in the cost of both half and full day programs.
